Real Property
When you buy or sell real property, we advise you concerning the best way to handle the transaction. Our real property work also includes preparation of contracts and deeds. As well as conducting closings as a title agent.

Bankruptcy
When a fresh start is needed, we will prepare either a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (total liquidation) or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy (debt repayment plan) depending upon which is most appropriate

Wills and Probate
The goal in drafting your will is to ensure that your property will be distributed according to your wishes. We prepare simple wills, wills with trust provisions, living wills and powers of attorney. If a probate is necessary, we work closely with the Personal Representative to settle the estate. This includes accounting for all assets, paying proper bills, and distributing the assets.

As we get older, legal arrangements must be made to protect our person and property. We offer numerous options to do this, such as:

Fee Arrangements
Our fees are based upon the time and responsibility involved. Some work is done on an hourly basis. For other matters, a flat fee is appropriate. All fee arrangements are put into writing before any work is started.
